How do I return an item for exchange?

Because of the nature of our products being so custom and printed on demand, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please make sure to check the sizing chart, and when in doubt, order a size up. If you have a defective product and want to exchange, send us an email and we will take care of it right away. 

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
